About Armstrong Lazenby
I help NDIS participants get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their everyday lives. I’ve spent years working with people who live with physical and cognitive challenges, and I build programs that make fitness simple, safe, and personal.
My approach is straightforward: understand where you’re at, build a plan that fits your world, and support you every step of the way. No pressure. No judgment. Just real progress, at your pace.
Meet Armstrong
I’m a trainer who actually understands real-world challenges. Not everyone walks into a gym feeling confident. Not everyone moves the same. And for a lot of NDIS participants, the hardest part is finding someone who listens.
My job is simple: make training safe, clear, and doable. No ego. No confusion. Just steady progress that fits your body and your goals.
I’ve spent years working with people who have mobility issues, neurological conditions, autism, brain injuries, chronic pain, and everything in between. I break things down, adjust every movement, and make training something you can actually stick with.
Why I Work With NDIS Participants
Working with the disability community isn’t a side service—it’s the heart of what I do. A lot of people feel overlooked in the fitness world. Gyms are crowded. Most trainers don’t understand disabilities. And finding someone who listens is rare.
I wanted to change that. I design programs that match your NDIS goals, your movement ability, your comfort level, and your lifestyle. Whether you want help with balance, strength, mobility, coordination, or daily function, I create a plan that actually makes sense for your body.
My mission is simple: give you the freedom to move with more confidence, independence, and energy every day.
My Training Approach
- Build trust first, exercise second.
- Train in a way that feels safe, predictable, and comfortable.
- Break goals into small steps that stack real wins.
- Adjust every movement to suit your body and ability.
- Support you with NDIS-friendly reporting when needed.
Every program starts with a simple conversation. No pressure, no contracts—just a chance to see what you want help with and whether we’re a good fit.
