Personal training built around your NDIS goals
NDIS Personal Trainer provides funded, adapted exercise support for people with disability — private, patient, and focused on real progress in daily life.
What we do
We deliver 1:1 and small-group personal training for NDIS participants, funded through Capacity Building supports such as Improved Health & Wellbeing and Improved Daily Living. Sessions run in your home, a local park, or a partner gym across Melbourne — wherever you feel most comfortable.
Our approach
Every programme starts with your goals, your NDIS plan, and any medical considerations, not a generic template. We work at your pace, adapt exercises to your body and condition, and keep sessions private and pressure-free. Support workers, carers, and family are always welcome to join in.
Qualifications & standards
All trainers are nationally accredited (Certificate III & IV in Fitness minimum), hold current NDIS Worker Screening Checks, and carry full insurance. We invoice clearly against your plan and provide progress reports for plan reviews on request.
Who we work with
We support adults and young people living with a wide range of conditions, including cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis, autism, intellectual disability, and mental health conditions where exercise is part of recovery.
